Service Description
We can organize your transfers from Airport or from Geyikbayırı. And we can stop at market beetween 08am - 21:30pm for a max 10 min. For from Airport to Geyikbayiri way. One day before of your flight, pleease let us know about FLIGHT NO, ARRIVAL TIME and DEPARTURE CITY on whatsup. Also when you get in plane, and when you reach to Luggage conveyor you should contact on whatsup with driver. Please keep open your phone! Note:If transfer time beetween 00- 07am we have to charge 5€ .
Cancellation Policy
Dear Customer, In the event that you wish to cancel your transfer, we kindly request that you inform us at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled booking. We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to accommodate your needs. However, if you do not notify us before your flight departs, and your flight experiences delays, please be aware that we will still be at the airport waiting for your arrival. In such cases, the full payment will be charged. Upon your arrival, it is crucial to keep your phone active and attempt to contact the driver via WhatsApp or a regular call. If any communication challenges arise and we are unable to meet, we regret to inform you that a refund cannot be processed. Additionally, once you have retrieved your luggage, we can only wait for a maximum of 20 minutes. Therefore, we kindly ask for your promptness upon arrival.
